Pollo AI: Free Plan, Pricing and Credits

Pollo AI is a video and image generation platform that gives you one credit balance for its own models (Pollo 2.5, Pollo 3.0) and for models from other companies: Seedance, Veo, Kling, MiniMax Hailuo, Wan, Vidu, PixVerse and Runway. There is a free plan with 20 credits and a watermark. Paid plans run from €13 to €116 a month before tax (€10.83 to €89.08 a month billed annually), and a 5-second video costs 5 to 48 credits depending on the model.

This guide is based on Pollo AI’s pricing page, FAQs, refund policy and terms and conditions, checked from France on Oct. 14, 2026, and on the interface of a free account; nothing was generated. Prices are shown in euros, before VAT, when viewed from France; U.S. prices weren’t verified, and the amount shown at checkout is what counts. What Can You Do With Pollo AI?

Four common uses, with the tool to open and what each costs in credits. The prompts follow the method on Pollo AI’s image-to-video page: build one shot around the subject’s action, the camera movement, the pace or mood, and how the shot ends.

Animate a Product Photo or Portrait

Tool: Video, starting from one or more images (a start frame and, optionally, an end frame). Pollo AI recommends a sharp image with a recognizable subject and room for movement. Cost: 5 credits for 5 seconds with Pollo 2.5 at 720p, 40 credits with Seedance 2.0 at 720p (credit table, checked Oct. 14, 2026).

Since the image already sets the scene, the prompt only describes what moves:

The camera slowly circles the perfume bottle as soft morning light moves across the glass. Calm, premium mood. The shot ends on a close-up of the label.

For a portrait, Pollo AI’s own example is one sentence: “The woman smiles as the camera gently pushes in.”

Compare Several Models on the Same Shot

This is Pollo AI’s main appeal: keep the same image and prompt, and change only the model. The model picker groups models by family (Pollo AI, Seedance, Google, Wan, Kling, Hailuo, Vidu and more); each family opens its versions, with their possible lengths and minimum credit cost.

A frugal approach: draft with a model that costs a few credits (Pollo 2.5 at 5 credits, Veo 3.1 Lite at 8 credits for 4 seconds), then render the chosen shot with a pricier model (Seedance 2.0, MiniMax H3, or Veo 3.1 at 24 credits per 4 seconds).

Make a Video Longer Than 30 Seconds

Tool: Agent. Standard generation stops at 30 seconds; for longer or multi-scene videos, the FAQs point to Pollo Agent, which takes a plain-language description of the project. Cost: varies. Note that the Agent uses credits every time it calls a tool in the background, even if no final video is produced.

A precise request keeps the back-and-forth short:

Make a 45-second vertical video for a coffee shop opening. Three scenes: the barista grinding beans at dawn, latte art in close-up, customers laughing at the counter. Warm light, upbeat music, end on the shop sign.

Create Images or Start From a Template

Tools: Image, Templates and Apps. Image models cost 1 to 12 credits per image (1 for GPT Image 2, 2 for Nano Banana 2, 3 for Midjourney V8). Some are unlimited for a year with a subscription: GPT Image 1.5 and Grok Imagine Image from Lite, about ten more on Ultra. Templates and Apps offer ready-made formats such as ads, product videos and music clips.

Tips That Save Credits

1. Read the estimate before you click. The cost appears next to the generate button and changes with length, resolution and the number of outputs. It’s an estimate: per the FAQs, the actual cost can differ, and the exact deduction appears under Project → Billing.
2. Draft at low resolution with a single output. With the same model, going from 480p to 720p raised the estimate from 10 to 15 credits; asking for four outputs multiplies the cost.
3. Simplify when a job fails. If you see a message that processing time exceeded the limit, Pollo AI suggests simplifying the prompt, lowering the resolution or length, or waiting a few minutes. A generation blocked by a third-party model is refunded in credits.
4. Use subscription credits before the cycle ends. They don’t roll over. Bonus credits (daily check-in, referrals, ads) and add-on packs never expire (credits FAQ).
5. Don’t count on “unlimited” for heavy use. On Ultra, unlimited jobs are queued when you generate a lot; if you keep going while they wait, regular credits are deducted.

Is Pollo AI Free?

Yes, for trying it out. A free account gets 20 credits, enough for four 5-second videos with Pollo 2.5 or two with Veo 3.1 Lite, one generation at a time (plan comparison, checked Oct. 14, 2026). You can earn more by checking in daily, referring friends, following Pollo AI on social media or watching five ads.

Three limits: videos carry a watermark, commercial use is presented as a paid-plan benefit, and turning off community sharing or keeping content private requires an active subscription (credits FAQ). Don’t upload sensitive images on a free account.

How Much Does Pollo AI Cost in 2026?

Prices checked from France on Oct. 14, 2026 on the pricing page, before VAT:

Paid plans remove the watermark and unlock every model. Pro and Ultra have a slider for larger credit volumes; add-on credit packs are limited to Pro 2,000/3,000 and Ultra on the web.

Two caveats about the page. The “48% off” annual badge only matches the Pro promotion: on Lite the real saving is 17% (€10.83 instead of €13), on Ultra 23% (€89.08 instead of €116). And the page says there are “no extra fees” while noting that VAT is added at checkout.

How Much Does a 5-Second Video Cost?

On monthly Lite, one credit costs €0.0325 before tax (€13 for 400 credits). Cost per 5-second clip, assuming you use the whole subscription, from the published credit table:

Kling isn’t in that table. In a free account’s model picker, Kling V3 Omni showed a minimum of 18 credits before discounts and Kling O1 24 credits (checked Oct. 14, 2026). Temporary deals (“60% off,” “10-day unlimited”) change often, so they aren’t counted here.

Pollo AI or the Model’s Official Site?

For a single model, the official site is often cheaper. Rights, Data and Refunds

Your videos. The terms and conditions (effective April 30, 2026) say you keep ownership of what you upload and generate. You grant Pollo AI a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate, improve and promote the service; content you make public (for example in the Explore feed) is covered by a perpetual, irrevocable license. Commercial use is listed among paid-plan benefits on Pollo AI’s product pages; each third-party model also keeps its own rules.

What’s not allowed. The service is for users 18 and older. Uploads may not contain nudity, biometric data or violence, and you may not generate another person’s image, likeness or voice without their permission.

Refunds. The refund policy covers subscription credits only, within 3 days of purchase and only if you’ve used 50 credits or fewer. A processing fee of up to 6% may be withheld, and add-on credit packs are never refunded. Do your testing with the free credits before paying.

The company. Pollo AI is operated by Cocosoft Technology Pte. Ltd. On Trustpilot, it rates 4.3 out of 5 from 5,576 reviews, 11% of them one-star (checked Oct. 14, 2026); Trustpilot notes that the company hasn’t asked for reviews recently.
