At a glance: the 2 tools
Shortlist Arcads when you are starting with a script and an actor. Shortlist Creatify when you are starting with a product page and its assets. Both target video advertising, but that starting point changes the work involved. To compare subscriptions, count usable creatives after revisions rather than generated videos alone.
This comparison uses official sources checked September 29, 2026. It does not assign realism or conversion scores: vendor examples are not a controlled comparison using the same script. Arcads links are affiliate links: Génie Artificiel may earn a commission if you make a purchase. Creatify links remain direct, without affiliate tracking as of that date. Recommendations follow the reader’s requirements.
What Is an AI UGC Ad?
UGC usually means user-generated content. In this product category, it primarily describes a creator-style, presenter-led ad. A generated actor is not a customer who has used your product.
Write a presentation or demonstration script around verifiable product characteristics. Avoid invented first-person experiences. For a customer testimonial, work from a real person’s account and agreement to use it. Disclosure rules (FTC, New York) and the cost of an ad with five other tools are in our AI UGC ad generator comparison.
The Differences That Matter
| Requirement | Arcads | Creatify |
|---|---|---|
| Starting point to explore | A script and an actor | A product page URL |
| Workflow to assess | Presenter delivery and message variations | Product information, script and asset assembly |
| Price verified | From €100 a month before tax for 8,000 credits, shown after sign-up (account opened from France, Oct. 11, 2026) | From $15/month for 55 credits (public page); details below |
| First thing to confirm | Actual plan, allowance and included editing | Product accuracy and generation credit cost |
This table compares the workflows emphasized by the vendors. It does not claim exclusive features or rank output quality. Product sources appear in the sections below.
Arcads
The official Arcads UGC page presents AI actors, emotion instructions and avatars shown with products (checked September 29, 2026). It is a candidate for teams that already have advertising angles and want to explore different ways to deliver them.
Suitable project: keep the offer fixed and create three openings: one about the problem, one about how the product works and one about a use case. Keep the actor constant first, then change the actor for the selected script. Changing every variable at once makes the result harder to interpret.
Confirm before buying: automatic editing with B-roll, music, captions and transitions still carries a “Soon!” label on that page. Do not budget around an announced feature without confirming availability in your proposed plan (the label was still there on October 12, 2026).
Pricing: Arcads publishes no price list, but a trial account opened from France showed Starter at €100 a month before tax for 8,000 credits (€70 the first month) on October 11, 2026, up to Business at €2,000; any dollar grid shown to US accounts could not be viewed. A talking actor costs 800 credits per minute, per actor, rounded up to the full minute, so Starter covers 10 single-actor videos of one minute or less per month. Our Arcads profile details all six plans, the trial and the usage rights.

Creatify
Creatify’s URL-to-video workflow starts from a product page, extracts information and assets, prepares a script and assembles a video ad with an avatar (checked September 29, 2026).
Suitable project: a store already has accurate product pages but needs several ad creatives. The potential benefit is a structured starting point. Incomplete information, unsuitable images and overstated claims still need human correction.

Watch for: how product information becomes a script and scenes. This vendor presentation illustrates the workflow; it does not establish better advertising performance.
Creatify changed its plans between October 12 and 16, 2026. The pricing page now shows Standard at $15/month ($12 billed yearly) for 55 credits, Pro at $55/month ($44) for 280 credits, Max at $95 ($76) for 730 and Business at $195 ($156); the former Starter ($39 for 100 credits) and Pro ($99 for 300) plans are gone, and the French page now shows dollars too. Its FAQ still lists 10 free monthly credits with watermarked exports (checked October 16, 2026; a US checkout and taxes were not verified). Per the billing docs, an avatar or URL-to-video clip costs 5 credits per 30 seconds.
The pricing FAQ says generation cost depends on the model, feature and content type and is shown before confirmation. A credit allowance is therefore not a guaranteed number of finished ads.
How Should You Compare the Actual Cost?
For your own batch, calculate batch production cost ÷ number of approved ads. Include the subscription cost allocated to the batch, any extra credits and external editing. Keep media spend separate.
Illustrative example: a batch costs $100 and produces 20 variations, but only five meet your approval criteria. Your cost per approved variation is $20, not $5. This is not an Arcads or Creatify quote, or a profitability forecast.
Before committing to an annual plan, use a small batch to answer four questions:
- Does the spoken script accurately describe the product?
- Are the voice and pronunciation suitable for your target language?
- Do the product, hands, captions and movements remain usable throughout the clip?
- How many revisions, regenerations and editing minutes does each approved ad require?
That establishes a comparison of your production workload. Sales performance then requires a campaign and measurement. A convincing demonstration alone cannot establish return on ad spend.
When Is Another Tool a Better Fit?
For business presenters or translating an existing recording, start with the HeyGen alternatives guide. For generated B-roll, explore Higgsfield. For repurposing existing videos into shorts, consider SendShort.
A campaign may involve several of these tasks, but that does not automatically justify several subscriptions. Identify the bottleneck first: writing, presenter footage, product assets or editing.
FAQ
Is Arcads Cheaper Than Creatify?
Its entry plan costs more: €100 a month before tax as seen from France, against $15 for Creatify Standard (October 16, 2026). Both count credits with no direct equivalence, so compare the cost of each approved ad using matching durations, allowances and editing needs. On Arcads, a 15-second actor video is billed as a full minute.
Can Creatify Start From a Product Link?
Yes. That is the documented URL-to-video workflow. Review the extracted claims and assets before approving the script.
Which Tool Has the Most Realistic Avatars?
The sources consulted do not establish a winner. Assess your own script in the target language. A selected demonstration can conceal difficulties that appear with different wording.
Can AI Replace Every Product Shoot?
Filming is often the more appropriate way to show precise handling, a texture or a real testimonial. An avatar can present a product without establishing how that product physically behaves.
